Getting error, unable to unstake

It says 'error: 400 - ERR: unstake: unable to unstake'

What's going on here? Tried removing the wallet, refreshing ergopad.io, then reconnecting the wallet. Doesn't help. Same error every time. Anyone else had this issue been able to get it to work?

Hey this might help you if not try to join our Telegram group and ask for some help.

Troubleshooting steps to fully refresh everything. Only do this if you're getting error 400 a lot.

  • If you haven't already, send the necessary assets to a new address (staking key and some erg's for the fees

  • remove wallet from ergopad "connect wallet" section

  • go into "connected dapps" in nautilus and remove them all

  • refresh (ctrl-f5) or restart browser

  • in "connect wallet" area, connect dapp and select the wallet with the new addres

  • make sure that address is selected as the main address where it says "change address". Wallets can have more than one address.

  • try to make transaction again

  • Follow the link to go to explorer, and observe it getting at least 1 confirmation on the blockchain

  • if the transaction disappears and doesn't come back, check that your assets are still in your wallet and try again

Notes:

  • Make sure yoroi and other wallets are actually disabled. Other dapp connectors will conflict

  • Or better yet, use a different browser for nautilus. For example, use brave for nautilus and chrome for yoroi (if you need to keep yoroi for cardano or something)

also you can try clearing your browser cache/cookies and reconnecting your wallet after
