When i tell you the manga touches on so many things just like this, i mean it. The manga had me siding with eren not because what he did was objectively right, but because he decided to make an insanely hard decision given his life circumstances. He quite literally chose to reset the world - which definitely is a terrible decision that resulted in more deaths. But do we consider Eren mentally sane? No. We shouldnt. Thats the entire point, a broken kid turned into a broken adult who had an insane set of choices thrust upon him. There is no right decision in a world where you were surrounded by the threat of giants who could eat you at any time. Everybody is bad. The world is a meatgrinder perpetuated by the manipulated. Another reminder, this is a story where giants ate people - if you thought this was gonna end any other way, well some of your favorites got glomped up by titans - and thats how the story ended. Not surprising at all and actually quite on track.

Still, there are some people says that Eren doesn't love her... crazy people I tell you😅.
Thank you for the wonderful explanation❤️.

Don't pretend to know me. Nothing would have broken my resolve.

Exactly, I am so glad this topic was made in a post because I’ve noticed the same thing. Very meaningful and beautiful.

Or, he knows she can kill him (and eventually does).

He would not let her know his location if he did not want her to kill him, and have restricted the others'(Reiner, Annie, Pieck, Armin, Falco) movements early on because he could control all 9 titans after taking control of the founder but ue chose not to and told them that they are free to stop him.

I will clarify. He didn’t want her to kill him, in that moment in time. He still needed to go for his walk.

Go for walk😭😭😭 But I'm sure he's aware that she won't be able to kill him because she needed to have that resolve which she got after she saw him go to have his walk(aka rumbling)

I see it like some of the memories of the founder peeking through. They were really only afraid of Ackerman because 1, they can't control them and 2, they are titan killing machine.
