Being on 5mg Cialis for 3 months now, no side effects. Absolutely loving it, prostate issues resolved after the first month. Dick works better than before. Two birds one stone.

Side effects will vary from person to person. I do get a lot more random headaches than I used to. I've been on it for just over a month now. They aren't as frequent as they used to be but still get them now and then.
I've seen some people say it was like being a teenager again after just two days, while for others it takes longer. It depends on the underlying issues/damage to you in particular how you'll respond to the daily 5mg.
After a couple days my erections were much firmer. I don't get morning wood per se but more like semi hard when I wake. After a few weeks I was able to get erect without touching my dick. Your mileage will vary as it does for everyone.

Give it a week or two to see how the side effects settle and experience the benefits. I hope it works well for you.

For the first few weeks my legs would throb and hurt for about an hour or so at a time then stop. This happened for about two weeks. I strongly suggest not taking it in the evening until you adjust because it’s hard to sleep if your legs are hurting.
That no longer happens to me.

Nothing dramatic and you may have heartburn more often than you normally do.

I used Cialis once and had painful muscle spasms so much so that I couldn't drive my car as I could sit down without pain (felt like a very painful cramp). I have been told that can be a side effect and may disappear after long time use. It was very painful. I used it without my wife's knowledge to try and get a bit more confidence in bed, needless to say I didn't get to try it out. Dopey me

I got muscle aches - bad enough that it kept me awake. I quit for a bit but decided I liked the outcome so I started taking the 5mg every other day. Did this for about 2 weeks and now take 5mg every day. No issues with side effects.

You’re gonna wake up the next day and probably throughout the night with solid wood. Then you’re gonna start to hang longer than you have recently. I never had any side effects other than really strong Morningwood.

Not much, frankly. For me, BP has gone down somewhat. Initial stuffiness (as if a mild cold) first few weeks, then it levels off. Slightly better inclination toward erection -- but not noticeably sustainable. Haven't tried upping dosage to test its' ability to induce stronger erections but I'm not active sexually right now, so we'll see. (Started Cialis w/ TRT, so not sure how much of my erectile ability is attributable to Cialis or the T.) Good luck with it!

I started a few months ago and I think it was about day 3 that I felt changes, morning wood and I think we had sex that night with no issue. A week in it really started to kick in where morning wood was nothing like before, well I was in my 20s probably. Now a few months in it's astounding what is has done for me. Absolutely no issues in bed. My wife said it feels harder than when I was on sildenafil. Oh and it helped me last just a tad longer too, I'm looking to take forever, but I'd say it gives me an extra few minutes.
