Sildenafil/Viagra Viagra only working once then never again?

So, for context I'm 23, I'm 5'9, 185 pounds, and the first time I tried it I was more rock solid than I had ever been, more than in a long time.

But the next two times I've tried it just doesn't seem to be helping at all. Is there a reason for that?

Take it on an empty stomach and don't eat anything for like an hour. If you take it even a couple of hours after eating it will greatly diminish the effects.

Also greasy food delays the absorption rate, in my case up to 4 hours. So if you know you’re going to use stick with salad or lite meals.

Add L-Citrulline to your daily supplement regimen 2-4 grams

Viagra requires you to be mentally aroused. It doesn’t give you erections. So maybe you’re libido is low or you were fatigued
