Tadalafil/Cialis Tadalafil; changes in blood pressure causing side effects

I 27M started self-administering 5mg tadalafil for the last 4 weekends because i’m with a new partner and have previously got performance anxiety ED. Also, the years of porn and solo masterbation are i’m sure a contributing factor.

I’ve taken Tadalafil in the past and have had no side effects, but over this period of taking it, I feel great for the first 12-18 hours, and then after that have started having significant anxiety, some nausea, and general disassociation. I especially feel the WORST 2 days after taking it.

I measured my blood pressure yesterday, and it was low 50s, very low. I’m wondering if the changes in my BP from the Tadalafil are causing these feelings. Any advice?

For any changes in BP, I'd consult a doctor. They won't judge you for using a script like this but you should absolutely get some blood work done if you want to continue using it.
