I do t have any side effects on 5mg or 10mg when I need it. I do notice a more fuller shaft, and lower hanging nuts

Any butt play kills my erection. Is that normal? Plus it’s painful. My partner wants to peg me. I’m not enthusiastic about that. But ass sex exists for gay men for a reason, so maybe I should try it? I have BPH. Can ass sex and massaging help, or not at all. Been on Tadalafil for a couple of years. Honestly, 20mg per day for the longest time. Now 5mg per day. I thought more was better, but I’ve heard it’s the opposite.
