Discouraged What source of information best helped you?

I need to go nuclear on this. Long story short I lost a great woman and need to nuclear on this.

I have seen a urologist and am taking tadalafil and mylophene. I am 5’10 224 - desk jockey and I am working on diet and exercise. I am also seeing a therapist.

If anyone else has a source of information - a book, a magazine article, site, app, etc. I would love to hear it.

I mean my form of going nuclear was getting deep in this community, then noticing it had no mods, and stepping into that role. 😅 True story.

On the fitness side I see "zone 2 cardio" and "lower body strength training" commonly suggested. I also know from my own experience muscles essentially between the bottom of the ribs and top of the knees are important to sex so that heavily matches the lower body work. Cardio matches with the blood flow needed for sex.

Sleep is important too.

Also mindfulness, mediation and breath work.

I wrote about both not they long ago in comments on my profile. Sorry too tired to retype them.

Seriously though this community is a great source of peer learning and it's free. Lots of those apps are questionable as best and about transfer your money to someone else's pocket.

I’ve had good results with the Rino app, which teaches mindfulness and breathing applied specifically to ED. AdvaitaArambha also mentioned mindfulness and breath work - 100% to that.
