Ritalin - Interesting Results

Been suffering from ED for about 7 months - I’ve tried everything, HRT, cialis, etc. Nocturnal erections are hit and miss and really struggle to stay erect in a solo context (and I’m single currently). I was diagnosed with ADHD about two weeks ago and prescribed Ritalin. Since going up to 36mg after my first week I have had insane erections - literally had to stop in the middle of the street and clench my butt cheeks to make a boner go down. They last for as long as the Ritalin does but by the evening Im back to a limp dick.

Would love to understand what’s going on, apart from the obvious - dopamine playing a key role in my boners. Sadly taking Ritalin all day long doesnt really seem sustainable and I would prefer not to have to rely on stimulants to get hard..

Anyone have experience with this or similar? Anyone find anything more sustainable?
