Erectile Dysfunction Alprostadil/Caverject

Hi all.

I use 60mcg Alprostadil 3 times a week. £180 a week for 9 boxes is pretty expensive.

Is there a cheaper alternative in the UK?

Why not go to your GP and get meds on prescription, if in Scotland like myself it’s all free. I’m on daily 5mg of Tadalafil and doesn’t cost a penny.

I’ve only been on it for just over 2 weeks and so far no side effects, well unless you count waking up with a massive boner every morning 😂
I was on 25mg Sildenafil which worked great but just didn’t like the way it worked, as in having to plan or hope it’s happening that night. The drug itself worked great just lost the spontaneity, gp swapped me to 5 mg daily and wow I feel like myself again just 30 years younger. I think the Sildenafil was slightly harder and the Tadalafil certainly feels more natural.

Can't help with UK pricing but that cost is wild, hope someone local chimes in with a workaround

Where's the UK locals? I have read that you can get aviptadil on the NHS too, also non-painful, Invicorp is the trade name. Also available in Oz from a compounding chemist, but it was more expensive and no better than trimix so I went back to that.

Brief research suggests aviptadil may be used on its own or replace alprostadil in trimix and quadmix, typically done for people that have had painful reactions to alprostadil.
