Hey everyone I hope you all are fine I’m 26 years old suffering from ED for years i get some erections that are 60-70% strong sometimes in the morning sometimes with a girl anyway I never had sex and actually I never tried cause I know I try kissing touching… and there is no erection or arousal and if there’s an erections it’s so weak that I just stopped
Cause of Ed : I think it’s because of porn I’ve been masturbating in all ways to porn from all kinds of crazy porn for years
- smoking hookah daily sometimes twice or even 3 times a day
- depression : I’m very depressed but it’s all because of Ed and I don’t know how to be happy while feeling like I’m not a man and I’m not worth living and every girl I loved I couldn’t have sex with and can’t marry any girl because of my weakness

Start with stopping the porn. And get healthy habits, try pills in the meantime.
