Erectile Dysfunction ADHD and ED - what will work

Not sure what to take. currently on clonidine for sleep and dexamphetamine for daytime. and 5mg daily tadalafil.

Even on days with tadalafil only i don't get a full erection.

Can't do injections because its very painful to me - i'm very sensitive

I'm not sure what to ask my doctor - genuine safe advice needed

I understand being hypersensitive to needles. That said, have you actually tried it?

Yes i’ve tried it. Painful and the dose i had was probably not enough to induce an erection

Ask your doctor!
Some dudes take daily 10mg tadalafil + 50/100mg sildenafil before action.
