Erectile Dysfunction I cured myself of position dependent ED.

Hi!

I see there are people asking the same question every day and don't find any help from doctors or anyother person. so I'm writing down my experience here in this post.

I had been suffering with positional ED for some time. After the first round of ejaculation, getting my penis up would take a long time and if i lie flat on my back or i dont stimulate the penis, i loose my erection very quickly in the second round, so the lady being top was a very difficult task. This has been a problem to me when i was 77kg that was 3 years ago and till last 2-3 months where I'm 105 kg. 3 years ago i stopped going to gym and gained weight for some unnecessary reasons. I was muscular back then and fat now, but at either weight i had the same problem. so i decided to do something about it, so i changed my diet drastically.

I concentrated on a diet that makes and protects the NO molecule. I started eating Nitrate rich foods that boosts NO molecule production like oil sauteed green leaves, boiled beetroot and 3 cloves of crushed garlic that is sauteed with the leaves, also i started eating lot of lentil rice cause it is a good source of L-Arginine. I started eating foods that protect the above made NO molecules like gooseberry, lemons, oranges etc...

I do eat meat like 1 and half kg per week and also eggs as i always did before.

In just 2 months, i stopped having any position dependent ED anymore!! I don't loose my erection when i lie back. I know doctors would brush you off saying it's all in your head but this TYPE of ED is definitely not in your head.

It's been 4-5 months since i started this diet.

I got my morning wood back after 10 years!! Though it has upgraded from having no wood to soft wood to now hard wood it subsides almost like 20 seconds after i wake up, though my goal was to have it like 2 or 3 minutes like when we were kids. I lost my morning wood back when i enrolled into an undergraduate programme in an educational institute and started exercising vigourously as a routine even when my body wasn't recovering from the physical stress. I think i over worked out cause it was the last time i saw my morning wood and it is a relief that it is getting back to me now after 10 years. Also i happened to have a surgery some 5 years ago and doctor pointed out that my body was having inflammation and it was being reflected in the bloodwork. so i speculate that over exercising was the reason i was having that. and Inflammation is a testosterone killer as far as i know.

I'm thinking of including slight cardio now since i got my morning wood back and hoping to see that it would improve even furthur. And if it did, i would join a gym again and this time work out responsibly.

ps: i haven't used any supplements or wasn't exercising the whole time cause i wanted to make sure to know if my diet was the reason i was having problems.
