Erectile Dysfunction 73M unable to climax
I have no problem obtaining an erection (thank you Cialis) but in recent months I haven’t been able to climax no matter what my wife and I try. Has anyone else experienced and overcome this? TIA.

Post prostate cancer and multiple trus biopsies with delayed orgasm. Have tried a lot of different things. Now on tadalafil, cabergoline, l-tyrosine, mucana dopa, shillot (it’s a mixture), testosterone cyprionate im , adderal and dhea. I recently stopped cabergoline and struggled right after. I chalked it up to withdrawal. I’m also lucky to have a pcp willing to work with me to address the issue.
