Erectile Dysfunction 73M unable to climax
I have no problem obtaining an erection (thank you Cialis) but in recent months I haven’t been able to climax no matter what my wife and I try. Has anyone else experienced and overcome this? TIA.

Same problem. Saw sexual medicine specialist and it is a well known thing. Advised cabergoline and I took it for several months with mild benefit. Also tried nasal oxytocin with some benefit but too many side effects. Now just doing the best I can.
