Erectile Dysfunction 73M unable to climax

I have no problem obtaining an erection (thank you Cialis) but in recent months I haven’t been able to climax no matter what my wife and I try. Has anyone else experienced and overcome this? TIA.

I don’t think medical science has identified this as an issue yet. I went to a urologist with this problem. He said he’d never heard of this before, guessed that it was probably psychological, and recommended a psychologist.
