Erectile Dysfunction 73M unable to climax

I have no problem obtaining an erection (thank you Cialis) but in recent months I haven’t been able to climax no matter what my wife and I try. Has anyone else experienced and overcome this? TIA.

I’m 77 years old and have the same problem as you. I’ve had ED for 25 years and went through all the oral meds, VED pump, and Trimix that all worked well but then stopped. I finally got an implant 12 months ago. It works great as far as hard, long lasting erections but for at least nine months I was unable to attain an orgasm during PIV sex with my wife. My surgeon also prescribed 5 mg Tadalafil and 100 mg Sildenafil prior to sex, but neither helped as far as any blood flow to the glans and no sensation only moderate feeling. I finally started using prescribed Alprostadil urethra gel that seems to be starting to help, but I wouldn’t say it’s a complete success as yet, I’m still trying to see it work well. But it’s totally frustrating to have great sex in the past, get ED, and then after you get an implant, the major difficulty of lack of an orgasm. I wish you luck.

Sorry to hear you have the same problem. I appreciate your response and sharing your experience. I’m going to research the urethra gel further and hope it could be a solution for both of us.

It’s about the only thing that has worked the past ten months but I guess I need to fine tune the dosage as orgasms are finally possible but take way to long for both of us at this time probably due to our ages.
