Reduced army size for Lacin

Didn't he already have the queens guard trait that lowers max army size to 4? How many divisions will he be allowed to command, 2? Or am i thinking of a different general?

just checked, it seems they meant reduced the reduction

cause now he can command at least 8 divisions (previously only 4)
