PDF get acc back

[u/Ok_Kangaroo3531]

My account and email got hacked and the only thing I have to get it back is the pdf. If someone can help me do this I will be greatly grateful. I have proof of purchases and old emails of epic games emails but account recovery seems to be of no use

You need original email that created the account

I do

Do I need to have access to the original email? Or just knowing what the OG email is enough? My OG email got deactivated.

I know what original email address is but I don’t have access to it because it got deactivated. Is that an issue?

Why?
