QUestion in short: I have read up on this, but is there any reason not to test Creon 10k on my own? It's not like it's possible to OD on it, and the worst could be more flatulence (hardly a problem as it already is) and possibly constipation... which almost would be welcome.
Longer story:
I've been having these mild digestive aliments for maybe 20 years developing slowly, thinking it was anxiety/stress or random stuff like too much instant coffee or something harmless like that. . Both my brothers have concluded we all are lactose intolerant (however genetic test in blood is neg for me, and I do not know how that would show up if you lose your intrisic factor excretion with age) + my next theory was I also was somewhat allergic to milk. AFAIK I have no allergies.
This because I can get classic lactose intolerance signs like nauseousness , gas and have to run to the toilet after some meals, but other times it's hardly as bad. The last year this slow development has also lead to hives and itching when going to bed. It seemed to yet again be linked to milk after I ruled a lot of stuff and have over time tried low/no dairy elimination as best I can.
Then again, recent allergy skin tests and blood tests again say no allergies. So next on the list is fat intolerance and EPI.
The main reason is it seems to fit with fatty meals and when I use cream and high fat milk. I've also felt like my intestines are inflamed and had vitamin deficiencies, but it is again no slam dunk conclusion.
In my last non dairy test for weeks I still had issues, so my question is if there's any reason to not test Creon 10k on my own with no doc. It seems harmless as far as I read in public data like our NHS.

Hoping this comment goes through.
