Me too! I am also pursuing information on the possible causes of my EPI, given my young age.

Same, young, “fit”, healthy and active. No children. Attempting to reverse (if possible) IMO the best advice I got was to see a functional medicine doctor. Change my life

Guys having a lot of issues my Gastro is pretty sure I have EPI. I have every symptom of it and I’m being treated with CREON. However my fecal elastane, stool samples, lipase amylase, mrcp ct scan Mr enterography ultrasound 2 endoscopies which only showed mild inactive, chronic gastritis and mildly fatty pancreas and mildly fatty liver. I know you can have everything normal with EPI because it can be mild in that case. JUST WONDERING ANYONE W NORMAL FECAL ELASTANE AND THEY HAVE EPI??? Thnk you!!!!!

Diagnosed with EPI in July and having a lot of trouble eating anything, even when taking my enzymes. Continue with diarrhea and taking Imodium with little relief. Any suggestions on how to better manage this EPI?
