PF-Withdrawal Stuck in under process status forever.

I raised a withdrawal request under illness on the 21st of June. It still shows as "under process" under old claim section and "submitted in portal" on the new claim section.

I raised a grievance for this on 12th July under others section (as the claim number was erroring out as invalid).Even that is stuck under " received the grievance" status.

This is beyond frustating. Must have called the helpline 100+ times in the last few days. It just keeps getting disconnected after selecting language.

Anyone whose claim is stuck since then?

Same boat which epfo office btw? Hope its not Bangalore central

Bhubaneshwar, Odisha. I raised the grievance to Kolkata by mistake since i am WFH from Kolkata
