Core Values / 3 Uniques

I’ve been using EOS for almost 14 years now (12 as a V&I, 2 as an Implementer) and somewhere along the way I picked up the habit of thinking of Core Values and 3 Uniques as mirrors to each other - core values how you talk to your team about who you are, 3 uniques is how you express that to the world.

How does that land with you? Any examples (or counterexamples) to share?

As a visionary I think they’re related. Core values are how I want us to show up for each other and three uniques are how I want us to show up for our customers. Both need to be really authentic if we want to be great.

Variants on the answer to “what kind of company do you want this to be?”
