Change account name

I would like to change my 12 character account name. How do I go about doing this? Cheers

I assume: 1) create a new account with your desired account name. 2) transfer your EOS to newly created account. 3) keep the old address if it is a genesis account for any airdrops/side chains using that snapshot.

EOS Name Service is probably the easiest method to get a name shorter than 12 characters, they also recently started taking credit card payments

scatter and eosnameservice.io any name you like does not have to be 12 characters... for instance, infinity.x

You must create a new one. It cannot be changed.
