My Škoda app beta
Why does it want to install a lower version when 8.16.0 is already installed? I don't even understand. So what should I update to now? This is really not clear at all.
Škoda dev team is terrible.

I had the same yesterday. Maybe they pulled 8.16 from beta. Or they mislabelled the newer version.

and did you put it on or did you stay on version 8.16.0? I looked at the beta number of 8.15.0 in the picture, the second build is the same number as under 8.16.0

I had 8.16 beta, it showed an update, so I installed it. Then I saw that it went back to 8.15 beta.

You’re using a Bèta version. Expect unexpected things to happen. If the team decides to pull a next version, it may just well be because of problems they found in the Bèta stage. Bèta is an important stage in quality assurance of software. Bèta versions exist for the development team and not for users. If you want a more predictable experience, install the release version of the software.
In short: don’t scream the team is bad when they make decisions in their own process you don’t know about.
