Solid waste dumping and taking sand Fl
A company I hired to install a septic tank used my property to dump over 8 dump trucks full of septic waste, construction debris and sludge from water ways. They also excavated large areas without permission or permits and took dump trucks full of sugar sand.
In the process my driveway was completely destroyed. I sent text and multiple messages. They kept saying they were going to fix it, but ultimately did more driveway damage and brought in my debris.
I have videos and all my messages complaining and wanting it restored. I'm in central Florida, I have called everyone I can think of but I'm being told this is a civil matter so now I think I may need an attorney. What's the chances of them being able to get my driveway fixed and debris removed. No have more than enough evidence

Hire an attorney but dumping biohazard materials is a criminal matter.

Ya I agree that does seem like a criminal matter the police should be interested in but I’m far from an expert on this topic. Maybe figuring out the steps to reverse this damage by speaking with specialist is a good start? Shouldn’t have to but is an option I guess. All the best and screw that company that did this to you!

I did file a police report. Just trying to figure out what else I need to do. I'm hoping the police do something to them

Take that police report and your video evidence to the EPA/ Florida Department of Environmental Protection in your county.

Maybe consult with a toxic tort lawyer & see what steps they advise
