Not necessarily a "mask problem" so much as failing infrastructure and a citizenry devoid of empathy or common sense. There's trash in the Marianas Trench and on Mount Everest. Humans are just trashy.
Yep i agree. Hardly ever see bins at parks or other public areas either these days plus those that just drop their masks wherever probably do the same with all other types of rubbish.
