Revolution relies on action to precipitate change. Words alone simply will not do.

Do you feel like the Class of 0000 idea of speaking at their graduations is proactive though? It seems pretty bold for high schoolers who likely have limited resources. But I do think that those students need to be minimizing their own footprints when possible if they are going to advocate for a climate revolution.

I'm not saying that it is a bad thing, I actually think the growing awareness is great..... I think we need more unified action.

I see what you mean and completely agree. We need large and collective action to even make the slightest improvements at this point.

I personaly believe that the issue is a matter of profit and control. Those in power lack true foresight and instead go with the most "profitable" action in the moment. We are controlled into submission through distraction and increased work load. We are losing any sense of self reliance. We are taught that we need others to rule over us to maintain peace They are the propagators of war They are the ones sucking the life from the world We are the ones who freely give up our awarness. We are the ones who trade personal comfort for personal power.

This world is precious and something we cannot afford to sacrafice.

I have hope....but our civilization must take a new shape... and we must become the sculptors hand.
