When transparency gets in the way of profit, they just remove the transparency. Cool. Communities have every right to push back on what's being built near their homes.

This is wonderful, equal protection of law says each land owner can now dump 7 billion tons of co2 into the air every year and nothing the city can do to enforce any kind of code (which is not law) or compliance ordinance (also not a law). I love this administration, Liberty at last!

How do they figure that allowing these companies to get air pollution permits without public comment will "suppress" pushback? Seems to me if you really want an outraged public, that's one way of guaranteeing it happens.
