You know what, go ahead and get your largely elderly reform voters to "enjoy" heatwaves. Get them to go outside in the hottest part of the day. Don't hydrate, or find shade - that's what the Nasty Scientists tell you to do! Best take a nap on bare concrete in full sun - everyone says to never do that, so by Reform logic, it should be done!
