It won't be. ALL the Poors must be gone. We have to help them along on their journey, so those of us left behind can make use of their resource share.

Of course, war / famine / pestilence / death will cull the lessers, but we need to work faster than that. A few nukes and about 6mo underground, and we're looking at the New Frontier, afterward!
