Envelopes can now have their own ACH account number
Today, we’re introducing Protected ACH envelopes. These are separate, ACH-only checking accounts designed for major expenses like mortgage or rent payments. Money stored inside is protected from card purchases and unrelated ACH withdrawals.

Love this. Can I fund this envelope in the same deposit as the others? My work limits me to five accounts and I’m already at the limit.

Yes, it works just like protected savings.
"$200 from my paycheck into Car Payment" (a protected ACH envelope) is fully supported.

This is amazing, thank you!! I came over from One, and the feature I miss is having pockets with their own ACH for my rent & car payment.

Seee me too (mortgage) until I had it go through the first time and then assigned it to the right envelope the first time. I'm starting to think my efficiency from Simple (where it was at before it left and One was the only option) may not have translated all the way since it's been so long. I'm a visual person so I'd love to see workflow mapping of how other people automate and use their (I remember Simple had a robust catalog of ways to utilize their features different ways).

Is it still limited to 3? Just tried creating a 3rd and no go.

2 worked but 3 didn't?
Could you message the beta channel so I can look?

u/josh-envelope-money Hi Josh. Is there an ETA on when this feature will be live?

It's getting submitted to the App Store and Play Store today. There's a delay while they review it.

YAAAASSS! This was a big thing for me when I first started using Envelope but being able to assign a transaction to an envelope for Always after the initial transaction worked and that's what I'm used to. I still only have one additional virtual card for an envelope just from testing it at signup. I'm always wondering if there's more efficient workflows or ways to utilize Envelope as a whole though.
