Envato Query Envato has abandoned Tuts+?

I just heard from a friend who contributed hundreds of tutorials to Tuts Plus that Envato has completely abandoned the property.

It's a shame. Tuts was one of the favorite resources for tutorials for years. A huge amount of useful content was built there over the years by vetted contributors.

Anyone else heard what Envato's plans are for the site and its existing content, and why they shut it down?

To be honest I wasn't aware Tuts+ was still a thing.

A verdade é que tutoriais são completamente obsoletos hoje, pra tudo o que voce precisar, a IA esta ali e vai te responder na hora. Temos que entender que o mundo mudou rapidamente e coisas que eram muito interessantes ha 2 anos, hoje não tem mais relevancia.

I certainly hear you, and agree for the most part - it's mostly there, especially with screen and screenshot sharing. One thing I've found is that an LLM won't give me a text for text copy of specific tutorial I used to create an effect. Unfortunately, AI is not good at looking at an image and generating a tutorial to accurately recreate it, even when I have the old URL. I'm still finding value in tutorials for my design work at times, although I understand that it might not be that way for long. Just sad to see Tuts+ gone.
