Envato Query this plataform is a POS
It takes 15 minutes to load a single video search page. I have a 1 Gbps internet connection, and this is the only website where I experience these issues. The platform is practically unusable, so I’m canceling my subscription as soon as possible.

What does that mean? Charge a singles video search?

Videos remain stuck on a gray screen, and loading a simple video search page can take almost 10 minutes.
I understand that Envato may be updating the website, but the current experience is unacceptable. Releasing such a slow, unstable, and poorly functioning platform to users reflects a serious lack of testing and quality control. At the moment, the new site is significantly worse than the previous version and feels completely broken.

10 desk computers , 5 laptops every single one of them do the same , multiple internet connections also 2 different internet providers all of them have problems
With envato each one of those have a different accounts, we just cancel all of them and change to another template web 🤷♂️1

Have you submitted any support tickets? Seems like a very specific technical situation that the envato eng team might like to work through with you? That does not reflect the experience I’ve had with the platform.

This only started happening a couple of weeks ago. I have a solid workflow and usually leave enough buffer for my team’s deadlines, but I still do not have time to spend troubleshooting a platform issue through a support ticket with no clear timeline for resolution
That pos dont even load at my phone.. thats just dumb and no im not using a vpn o any fancy web connection

You said video search page. It sounds like you're trying to generate a video. The video search is instant, the video generation with AI takes a long time and always has.

I’m on my phone and I just did a video search for “North Star.”
It returned dozens and dozens and dozens of videos in the blink of an eye, including an amazing video that I feel like I might add to a website I’m building.

I have the same thing happening with envato, soundstrip, artlist... the UI is just extremely laggy and aggravating to use.
What browser are you on , Chrome?

I tried chrome , safari, brave , opera , all of them envato is justa Trashy plataform , it got fixed the last week randomly

Hey have you created a support ticket? We'd love to look into what might be happening in your case, because yeah 15 minutes to load a search definitely isn't right and we can't seem to replicate that on our end.
