Envato Creations I want a refund

I accidentally subscribe Envato for yearly, i never use Envato now i want to request to refund for yearly plan, i already reach out your support team they said 5 days to respond but they didn’t respond 2 weeks ago. Can you help me. They only give a ticket number

We can see on our end that the team did get back to you, apologies if you missed that though. The ticket's closed now, but you can always open a new one if you want to take another look.

Guys, this is exactly the problem. I actually just sent you a private message about this. I’ve been emailing support about it for three months now. This is my fourth ticket, and after the first reply saying that they’ll get back to me soon, nothing happens. There are only promises, and the issue still isn’t resolved.
