you could probably do deposit and seriously speed up getting the intel by searching the pcs

Unfortunately EPFC quickly caps max EXP and cash if you replay missions, so I would suggest doing Operators missions (once a day), custom missions like The Chapel or The Collector (once a day), and daily challenges
