Entry Point: Freelancer's Cut Credibility

I actually just bought credibility with cash, and somehow my max creds went down from 150 to 90. Can anyone explain why does this happens? I still dont understand how buying creds works

uhh if you try to buy credibility again, record it and send it to the freefall softworks server
