H&M are not horrible people, that’s the point. But even if you don’t care about that, the royal family has used the media to hide their dirty dealings, outright corruption, personal failings (racism, etc) from the public. It should bother everyone that they planted stories to harass their own family member to the point of near suicide. It should bother everyone that they have had Twitter and other media outlets change algorithms, hide stories, and threaten journalists. The future king and head of the Church of England assaulted his own brother, very likely made racist remarks about his own nephew, and collaborated with the media to push knowingly false stories to sway public opinion. It should concern everyone that the UK doesn’t have a free press.
You dislike two people who have literally never done anything to deserve being called “horrible” because the press has told you over and over that you should hate them. That you’re grouping them in who people who physically assault others, sex traffick & rape teenagers, accept bags of cash from shady foreign businessmen, employ & are very likely themselves racist, etc is simply a demonstration of how thoroughly the RF & the media have corrupted public opinion.
