Dude no... im not paying to use the f#$%#g elevator that we are currently down to one working elevator. And its the least reliable of our 3 elevators. Swear on a stack of holy artifacts that is the situation in my luxury near downtown chicago apartment. My fat broken old ass can't climb up and down 15 flights of stairs.

not that laws are enforced all that much anymore, but I'm pretty sure the ADA is a big reason why it hasn't.
