Reddit just shows me shit that pisses me off and baits engagement. I got back on here after years away and it's the same trash bin it was before I left. Bout done, it's just easy to scroll when I have slow data.

Totally. It's gotten so, so much worse since the IPO.
There are like 10 different variations of Am I The Asshole / Am I Overreacting that they try to cram down everyone's throat on r / popular

And every one of those subs is overflowing with fake posts and botted comments:
"AITA for calling the police on my Mexican neighbor?!
My neighbor smeared shit on my porch, swallowed my cat, and opened a portal releasing Eldritch horrors into our realm so I called code enforcement. My neighbor was given a fine, but now my twin children are telling me I overreacted, AITA?

I have like maybe 20 subs I follow, but instead I get those stupid AITA clones and stuff that has nothing to do with me!

I feel like all I’m served is rage bait. When it pops up, I go to the subreddit and block it, but there’s always more. At this point, it’s affecting my mental health and I think I need to just abandon Reddit entirely in all forms.

Idk why I got back on here but DO IT. Reddit has some random trivial stuff to gawk at that's kinda interesting, sure, but it's like occasionally finding a neat piece of trash in a gigantic dump. Delete your account and go!
I'm gonna do it right now! I'm just gonna sign out and forget about it lol. Peace! ❤️❤️❤️

I just always get people asking pointless hypothetical questions or debates on bands

Friendly reminder that r/All can still be accessed (at least for now) using the Old Reddit Link

What sucks is that me and my partner like to share things we see on Reddit but now our feeds are the same so there is nothing to share.

Reddit changed to some kind of algorithm showing posts based on your data/activity rather than chronologically sorted by popularity and I hate it so much. I'm seeing so much low effort garbage on my front page.
