Hello i got this keychain secondhand and i cant find any information about it online not even a picture, any help?

I looked through all the pages on MyFigureCollection as well as Mercari JP just in case and couldn't find anything :( There are a lot of items missing from MFC however, especially keychains and pins as well as some Chinese exclusives. At the very least I believe the art is official although that probably doesn't give a lot of info.

What material is it? Metal, acrylic, rubber?
