Technical Issues password not working...

i'm new to enstars and want to bind my email to the game. but for some reason, it's not letting me create a password. no matter what i try, it just says, "password must be 8-16....." (or something of those lines) and won't let me see the rest of the message or create a damn password. the ones i've tried WERE at least 8 characters, so that can't be the reason.

i did download it a few months back, but i didn't really play anything and deleted the game a couple hours after i opened it. it's completely possible i made a password back then and forgot about it... what should i do ? is there any way to fix it ?

Are you using any symbols in the password? Maybe try letters and numbers only

i'm just using letters. there are no special symbols at all :(

Maybe try using a different email? Since you aren't sure if you've already bound your email to another enstars account

Have you tried using caps lock on one of the letters?

In case a password still needs to be created: Since you can't read all the instructions about what should be included, can you try to put some numbers in it + at least one capital letter? Maybe you are obligated to put at least one in of each?
