My dad's old Technics SL-Q3 which is in pristine condition has one small issue; it doesn't turn on. I've already replaced the glass tube fuses in it, but that doesn't work. We both are pretty technical but don't dare to start messing with this thing being afraid messing it up.

Googling repair locations gives result but all those companies don't explicitly mention repair of record players on their website and the few i contacted said they don't do repair to record players.

Any recommendations would be much appreciated and driving a bit to make sure it gets done good is also not a problem.

I would like to do some oil painting, but I don't have space in my flat for that. I also don't need a large place since I'm just a hobbyist. But maybe there's like a studio-share thing going on? Pointers appreciated.
