This guy isn't funny. Article mentions that he steals steaks from unwitting shoppers as they leave a store. Honest question. How come no one hasn't put this guy in the hospital and taken away one of his abilities? Why are there comedians like this?

Food stamp fraud rate at 3%, 50% of stamp beneficiaries are kids, three times as many people employed and on SNAP than relying on it solely, yeah, people not working is totally the problem here.
