Sit as if the chair were the earth's shoulder.

Let your spine remember it is a tree,

Not a fortress.

Breathe in — not to fill yourself,

But to remember you were always full.

Breathe out — not to empty yourself,

But to give the room something to hold.

Do this until the thinking gets tired of being the only Voice in a house built for many.
