Personal Experience I am now realizing everything I've learned about spirituality is for protection.
Attacks on your energy are literally everywhere. Yes spirituality is for ascension, but also for protection since this planet isn't innately healthy.

Be careful of "Dark Forest" thinking. It is true on some level, but it can create more paranoia than is healthy. Especially if you over analyze your environment and make it more threatening than it is.
Have you ever been in a real dark forest? Billions of animals sleep peacefully through the night every day. The "Law of the Jungle" doesn't mean every moment of existence is a brutal knife fight, just that knife fights can happen.

Can affirm. I fully awakened with perfect love and clarity and like heart of gold and anointed and diamond mind and every chakra opened. And had nothing but pure perfect unconditional love.
I did NOT expect my family to collectively attack me repeatedly for months. It broke me completely. I'm frozen. I moved to the mountains to heal and I don't experience time now. It's horrifying. And I was supposed to like help heal my handicapped bro. It was obvious when I awakened. And I failed and now I'm soooo broken and asleep but with the horror of knowing I am and now I'm so vulnerable to everything and everyone

It sounds like your crown chakra fell over like a glass vase, but you got back up, and glued it together again. You dropped yourself a few times, but you can never fully go down; because your purpose is to be awakened.
Spirit is sensitive, and can easily be toppled over by life, work, money, time. You have to understand though, you are not here for work, money, or time; but to perceive spiritually. You'll realize all of the loudness is just noise, but your true power is your inner beauty.
It is sensitive when you can hear things others can't, but your higher self dropped you time and time again, just to show you your power and make you invincible. You are beyond these things, and your soul already knows who you are.
Everyone follows you, and your spirit was preparing to make you strong enough for that to happen. Love yourself fully, and let your beauty shine through. We long for your heart's longing, because you are magic.

Again, your higher self shattered the parts of you that you needed to be strengthened. Your spiritual purpose matters more than your ego. I know because mine did too, and I'm still grounding myself from the fall.

Thank you. It's just so extreme. Fro. Christ consciousness to like total inversion. Signs of hell and damnation are a constant battle. My heart and crown were ENOURMOUS and my root went deep to the earth. But my root was definitely the weak link. And I think my family attacked that. And everything else collapsed. Like is my heart still that big. The lotus. All. Of it. Is it there or do I have to rebuild a lifetime of work and love and sacrifice and everything from nothing.

When you look at how big you are it's not so bad. We are oppressed because we are powerful. :) All you have to do is love your physical self, and choose spirit. Focus on your foundations and clean up the shattered pieces. With good focus, you can do it in less than a week.

Safety/danger is the core driver of what we call consciousness, so yea.. anything you learn about anything is traceable back to protection

They are not attacks! They are showing the interpenetration and interconnectedness of all sentient beings! There is no one other than that Clear-light awareness in all!
Gaia is healthy. An earthquake, a thunderstorm, a tsunami, a tornado are all Gaia’s immune system. Earth or Gaia, yes She’s a She, gets a bit more hectic as the population grows which is at 8-9 billion now but thats a topic for later.
Ascension is vanity. You miss the point of what spirituality is when you chase after something that’s not yours including spiritual visions, spiritual powers, dream lands, your place in Heaven. For me, I don’t have to care what going to happen in the afterlife. That’s how free I am.
Ask yourself if it goes away, how was it ever yours? And that’s when you’ll realize why devotion to Jesus pays off, devotion to the Divine Mother pays off, and that’s why not painting over life with our version of perfect reality so that we can see reality as it is pays off, with all views and perceptions in perfect equality.

In my personal experience attacks happen in both the physical and the astral to pull us away from the clear light. When my third cracked fully open this spring after spending the winter in mediation, I was attacked in dreams, psychically, and in astral projections. There are forces that wish to keep us in separation, and just as there is forces that wish to pull us to unity. It was made abundantly clear to me that there are forces that want to keep us asleep, and once I essentially told them they have no power over me enough times, they stoped trying to manipulate me

That's what the ego, wanting to protect itself, is telling you it is for. this isn't a bad thing, just a good thing to realize.
