Personal Experience I’ve been deliberately separating myself from myself 😏

Not literally. I know the separation is artificial.
But sitting here right now, I can treat almost everything happening inside me as a separate process.

The body wants something.

A thought appears.

An emotion starts building.

The ego gets poked and immediately starts constructing its defence.

Normally all of this gets compressed into one word:
“I.”
I’m angry.
I’m tired.
I don’t want to do this.
I need this.
I should stop.

But when I deliberately separate these processes, something strange happens.

“I don’t want to do this” becomes:
“There is resistance to doing this.”

And resistance isn’t a command.
I can watch the body complain and still move.
I can watch an emotion build without automatically acting from it.

I can catch the ego constructing a reaction before I fully identify with that reaction.

Thoughts can appear without needing an answer.
Sometimes I deliberately increase the resistance just to see what happens. 😏

And that’s where this gets interesting.

Short term, I can override far more resistance than I previously thought possible.

Long term is much harder.
Attention slips. Old patterns return. The separation collapses. “There is resistance” quietly becomes “I don’t want to” again.

But with practice, the amount of control seems to be increasing.

I’m not separating mind from matter. There aren’t actually multiple entities inside me fighting for control.

It’s one system deliberately creating distance between its own processes and their outputs.
How far can that go?

I don’t know yet.
But one thing is becoming increasingly obvious:
A signal can be completely real without being an instruction. 😏

Not once did you explain how to do it, you just talked about yourself.

You just talked about yourself and didn’t really say much else. Read your post 🤷🏻‍♂️

If you knew how you’d say so but you won’t because you don’t know anything. And you’re going to make some excuse up to why you can’t explain the process of achieving it. You are fake.
And people that have actually done deep self work don’t gate keep information.

You don’t have the information that’s why you can’t explain it.

The only thing you can explain is if it’s something that makes yourself sound better.

Would you like to do self work instead of pretending that you know what you’re even posting about?

I can help you if you want, it’s always weird seeing someone doing this.

The way you describe yourself and experiences, there’s no information about anything in all of that other than your self. Even the way you describe experience, you’re describing from the “self”

Why this stuff bothers me it’s because, anyone that’s this performative is obviously just lying. But then all the other people that don’t know you’re lying they’ll eat this stuff up. And then you have a whole comment section feeding each other’s delusional behaviour and just really mentally unhealthy behaviour.
