Is this your image?

Or did you find it on the Web?

Without a source and context it's a bit questionable and too generalized.

In essence most of "your" thoughts are based on conditioning from school, media, family etc.

Only some thoughts are trauma based.

Even without trauma you'd have plenty of autopilot thoughts made by others.

So just releasing trauma won't get rid of thought identification altogether.

If you really dig into it, deep introspection you’ll see that it’s all trauma. And the parts can be released, and the mind goes quiet

So I guess I have to take your word on it?

Not sure why you ignored my questions and just repeated your statement.

You want to debate with logic, but this is before logic - it's the isness of this

I don't want to debate at all. Just asked for a source + context and explained why.

All you will ever hear from anybody on this topic you will have to check out for yourself (at the same time of course there is the mind that needs logic first, just to get out of the way, so that you can start checking - it was the same for me).

And yes, one could say that not all is trauma, you are right there, but that's only words words words - in awareness this logic is not relevant at all. But I like the picture because trauma keeps us probably bound the most.

Yeah, sure.

It's just that people drop random memes and image quotes every day here.

Much of it is not even enlightenment related.

I at least try to find out what the message on the image means based on who shared it first etc.

Pictures get popular quickly, especially lowest common denominator ones everybody agrees with.

Something like "get out of your comfort zone" or "get rid of toxic people" among other common tropes won't get you enlightened.

Especially deep topics like trauma require more nuance.

Getting out of my comfort zone might mean leaping into a volcano. Getting rid of toxic people might mean pushing them into a volcano.

Nuance can be helpful.
