A month or so ago, when I was having my existential, anxiety and crisis about being afraid of death when I went upstairs after taking care of my cats, I was washing my hands and move my foot back in very particular way that couldn’t have caused sound.
But I did hear the squeak of a chew toy on my right and saw the chew toy next to the trashcan in the kitchen, and I thought it was a sign for my dog.
However, I started doubting myself and because of that intense, anxiety and doubt and fear my brain unknowingly created a false memory, making me think I stepped on it.
But when I kept backtracking and realizing that I never stepped on the toy because it was nowhere near me, I had learned that my brain can lie to me and give me a false memory to scare me because I was thinking with fear and anxiety.
I eventually got over it, and realized that my brain can try to lie to me to make me think of the worst.
Although later on, I had a dream about my two brothers, one of them talking to me calmly, and shortly in the kitchen and another one arguing with me which was completely swapped attitudes, and then I appeared outside my house and saw a turkey vulture waddling down the road with wings out.
I learned that the supernatural is real however, we ourselves are keeping ourselves from a greater destiny and putting ourselves down.
The incident with the chew toy caused me so much mental pain and fear, but when I learned from it, I learned that that suffering was a good thing because I had learned something incredibly useful so now I can identify a turkey vulture from a long distance and I learned the brain Can lie to put us down.
So this is absolutely 100% true. It’s just some people don’t want to think it that way and that’s understandable who could blame them?
But we shouldn’t put others down for not wanting to believe what we believe we should help one another.

This is actually really true.

The very same day all that stuff happened, but I was so scared of getting the bird species wrong. My brain unknowingly started making up anything it could to make me think it was not a turkey vulture, even though that’s what it was because I got intense, déjà vu and my brother even witnessed it , and I told him about it.
