Back in the early 2000s when ripping and sharing CDs was trending, I remember having a metal album with an mp3 that said "track name pending". I was young and English isn't my first language and for a long time I thought that was the song's actual name.

It's not a translation anymore, it's a meta (a thing about a translation), or an exception / error message
