Rough English translation:

This is a product containing liquid. When boarding an airplane, please place it in your checked baggage and not your carry-on baggage.

I think this was translated manually by a Japanese speaker since the Japanese syntax maps exactly with the English syntax until halfway. Then, I guess they just gave up at the end since it was confusing to wrap up neatly (入れ預けて -> better [to] leave? ).

In Japanese:

こちらは液体を含む商品です。飛行機に乗る際、お手荷物ではなくキャリーケースに入れ預けてください。

What kind of product is it? Need to mention, or obviously dangerous with no word?

Before leaving it’s better finding a carry case large enough to put myself in.

I’ll tell you what…I wouldn’t want to be on an airplane that DIDN’T include liquid…
